MATFER BOURGEAT MIXER THE NEW MATFER BOURGEAT MIXERS Easy to clean, easy to dismantle. All the above machines have standard rubberized switches. The added security forces the user to have each hand on each green switch to start the machine, once it is on, one hand suffices. While in use, if the mixer is unplugged and plugged back in again, a security switch will not allow the machine to restart. Capacity 25 gallons. Comes with a quarter turn removable 15 3/4" stainless steel tube, removable blade and shaft for easy cleaning. Standard variable speed from 4000 to 10000 rpm. loaded. Rack included. |
