- SIMPLE
TO USE: The polycarbonate see-through safety screen is mechanically
linked to the bowl, thus when the screen is raised the bowl is lowered;
when the screen is lowered the bowl is automatically locked into the
safe working position. The touch sensitive control buttons are practical
and clear: The stainless steel bowl is easy to fit or remove and is
automatically locked onto the carrier.

sweep the sides and bottom of the bowl for thorough and even mixing.
Whether used with the whisk, blade or dough hook, the Alphamix® is

matched to the bowl size for efficient beating, mixing and kneading.

CONSTRUCTION: The Alphamix® features a strong cast aluminium
frame that provides a waterproof and dustproof housing for all mechanical
and electrical components. The whip, blade and dough hook attachments
are constructed of cast aluminium and stainless and designed for professional
use. The motor is protected from accidental overheating by a thermal
cut-out.

OF MAINTENANCE: The Alphamix® has smooth surfaces free of
any sharp edges, fixings or protrusions, so is very easy to clean.
It is also ergonomically designed for easy moving and storage and
features a hand-grip at the rear of the frame.
- ACCESSORY
SOCKET: This transforms the already versatile Alphamix® into
a multi-purpose food processor using 10mm square-drive accessories.
Available options are mincer and vegetable slicer, and other square-drive
accessories may also be fitted.
