WITH SPECIAL SELF-CLEANING PRESSURE VALVE
FOR AROMATIC COFFEE WITH "CREMA" HEAD. The KALIFFA
espresso makers are an entirely new concept in stovetop espresso
makers in that they produce creamy coffee equivalent to that
of commercial espresso/cappuccino machines. The coffee is topped
with "Crema", full-bodied and rich. Upper unit is fitted
with a special Pressure Valve which regulates just the right
amount of pressure for the coffee to come up to produce a rich,
aromatic coffee with "Crema" head. This valve is self-cleaning
and patented worldwide. Safety Valve on bottom part of unit is
extra-strong, water-tight and airtight.
Measuring Cup is provided for proper quantity of water. Threading
between upper and lower parts of Coffee maker is hand-finished
and therefore tighter.
Based on the body size of a 3 Cup Coffee maker, these units make
2 Cups of Creamy Espresso. This allows the air to expand in the
boiler while warming and the top Pressure Valve increases the
pressure and speed of the brewing process . . . . . . . producing
