The Lillo pasta machine is practical and
simple to use. It produces various fresh pastas with any type of flour,
with or without eggs. To make colored pasta such as red, use tomato
sauce, spinach for green, cocoa for brown. The kneader shaft is removable
for cleaning purposes and is made of stainless steel. The parts in
contact with the food are made of brass and the housing is made of
steel epoxy. The mixer-kneader capacity is 2.3 lbs. of flour and the
average pasta output is 7 lbs per hour. The motor is 1/3 HP, 110V,
