Slice meat, cheese, vegetables, bread and fruit quickly and easily with this great new slicer from Chef's Choice. Strong 100 watt, direct-drive gearmotor turns a hardened 7 inch blade made of German stainless steel. This slicer is identical to the model 632 but without the tilt feature (and slight dimension/weight differences.) The 630 slicer's smooth-turning micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to 9/16" for fast, perfect thickness control in all kinds of food. Switch is conveniently located at the control dial base. Thickness control knob has a built-in intermittent or continuous on/off switch. Child-proof safety switch. The large-capacity food carriage retracts fully to accommodate extra-large roasts, hams, and other oversize foods. Three removeable food contact parts (the blade, food carriage, and pusher) can each be removed and replaced in under 10 seconds, making cleanup incredibly fast and easy.
