This professional quality sharpener is easily mounted onto the food carriage of an electric food sliver. The Model 498 sharpener offers two sharpening features. both use 100% diamond abrasives. the first method is a diamond-coated disk used to sharpen the blade. The second is a diamond coated honing pad with less diamond grit, used to hone and polish the slicing blade. It is recommended for use with the Chef'sChoice® Model 640 and Model 620. |
