RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY All items purchased from Vieco LLC must be exchanged or returned within two weeks of receipt (certain items cannot be returned; please read below). If a return is necessary, email us for return instructions, and please state the reason for the return. We will either replace the defective item or refund you the cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which you should include with your item.
Any item returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be refused.
All items must be returned unused and in their original boxes.
When the correct item has been shipped, and has arrived without any defect, the following restrictions will apply. Under Vieco LLC's policy, the customer assumes the all S & H costs, as well as a 20 - 25% re-stocking fee. For larger items (e.g. bakers racks, butcher blocks, pot racks, kitchen carts, bar stools or Enclume products), a 30% re-stocking fee will apply towards all exchanges/returns. The original shipping cost it costs us to ship your order irregardless of whether it was shipped free or not will also be deducted. No exchange or return for replacement parts, hooks or chain.
NOTE: We will replace defective items, but will not refund money for certain items purchased.
All L'equip, Simac, Villaware, Tilia, Musso Dessert Maker, and Ice Cream Maker sales are final. For these products, only exchange requests can be honored.SHORTAGES & BACKORDERS All of the items in our catalog are stocked in depth, but occasional shortages may occur.
SHIPPING Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We will be pleased to send all items currently in stock via UPS Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air for an additional charge.
Replacement parts are shipped via US Mail.
We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you have entered your address information correctly. Any shipping costs that result from incorrect address information will be assumed by the customer.
