For the longest time, I've been looking for sharpener specifically for my Asian knifes since I own quite a few of them. I didn’t think they made one just for Asian knifes but I stumbled on viecokitchen.com and found the Chefs Choice brand! I own the fiery red color and love it! Not only that it is very effective but also has durable design. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
