Great Machine

I love this machine!! It meets and exceeds ALL my expectations!

It is ultra quiet, easy to use and easy to clean! Every kind of frozen treat can be made with this machine! This machine costs far less than the stainless steel ones but it does a great job to make delicious frozen treats for friends and family to enjoy any time of the year! I saved a lot of money making my own ice-cream, sorbet and gelato, which can be very expensive when store bought.

The only negatives to this is that it doesn’t have an automatic shut off. I left it alone for too long and the paddle was frozen in the ice-cream. Fortunately it has a built-in safety feature which helps prevent the motor from burning out. It does have a beep to let you know when it is about to finish or when the ice cream has hardened and the churn motor has overheated and the safety thermostat is about to kick in. You just have to be close enough to hear it.
Also, the instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. The recipes in it are okay, but nothing special and there are no trouble-shooting pages. Fortunately, those are pretty minor negatives for something I just love using.
