The ATLAS 150, Colored ATLAS & PASTA FRESCA are all WELLNESS Machines and they all make 4 types of pasta: • Flat Roller Unit for Lasagne • Cutter for Fettuccine(Tagliatelle) • Special Spaghetti Cutter with which you can make Round Spaghetti 2mm with a thicker dough sheet & Tagliolini (1.5mm flat noodle) with a thin dough sheet.

The "WELLNESS" line refers to their internationally patented rollers and cutters which are in light alloy and do not release any metallic residue of any kind. The pasta product made with these machines is totally pure. As for the Colored ATLAS 150 WELLNESS, they are not only Nickel-free as above, but they are also Chrome-free. The body of the machine is made of Anodized Aluminum. The handles and clamps are the deluxe version - the handle and knob are also in anodized colors to match the machines. Other than that, they make the same types of pasta and work the same way. Only the finest materials are used, with excellent workmanship.
