Manual machine for making pasta with the
rolling method. This machine is 6" wide. With the adjustable
smooth rollers,
sheets of pasta may be obtained with several
thickness varying from 0.5 to 3 mm.; the width of
the sheets depends on the model of the machine. The machine is
also provided with two fixed
couples of cutting rollers, for producing
tagliatelle and tagliolini.
Both the smooth and the cutting rollers are made
of nickel-plated steel, the structure of chrome-
plated steel.
The roller drive gearsare is heat-treated so as to guarantee
better operation and longer life. The control handle and the
locking clamp
are made of chrome-plated steel and shockproof plastic. |
